Returns

Please check your items at the counter before you leave. If something is faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can with your receipt. We'll check it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the maker's warranty and the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Items ordered specially for you, and items that have been installed, cut to length (such as cable) or opened so they can't be resold, need our agreement before they can be returned. Please ask before you order.

Warranty

Warranty is given by the maker and differs by brand and product. Where it is confirmed, the product page shows it; where the maker prints a warranty on the datasheet, we note that too.

To claim, bring the item and your receipt. Warranties usually don't cover damage from incorrect installation, modification, lightning or abnormal voltage; the maker's terms apply.

Payment

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GIRO bank transfer.

The website shows no prices and takes no online payments. We confirm the price with you before you pay.

Privacy (PDPA)

We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or at the counter, we receive your name, phone number, messages and any project details you send. We use them only to quote, supply, invoice and support your order, and we don't sell your personal data.

This website has no log-in, no forms and no advertising trackers. Your browser keeps two conveniences on your own device: the light or dark setting and your compare list. The map is provided by Google Maps and the fonts by Google Fonts; those services handle your connection under their own privacy policies.
