Job Description

• Answering phone calls and emails
• Responding to customer questions and queries
• To serve customers’ enquiries & order fulfilment
• To do daily filing of documents
• To build a close relationship with existing customers
• To attend to walk-in customers
• To report back to Customer Service Manager for daily activities & support needed
• To liase with other departments for order fulfilment
• To coordinate with salespersons for order fulfilment
